If the siren sounds in Tasmania, and the umpires don't hear it, does it make a sound?

Chamberlain is a garden gnome but still not a patch on McLaren, he is the worst of the worst.

I thought Donlon was equally appalling.

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

I thought Chamberlain was the best of the bad bunch. McLaren was McLaren but Donlan was an absolute total shocker.

He was involved in the majority of the really contentious decisions, including standing in the pocket with a clear view when McPhee took the ball over the boundary. I don't believe we have entirely established if the field umpire can call a ball out when the boundary umpire is unsighted, but if he can, Donlan should have his papers marked 'never to umpire again'. If he can't, maybe the AFL should use common sense and look at changing that rule rather than farting about with the rule changes they are stuffing footy up with.

Yes the field umpires can call the ball out if the boundry umpire is un sighted.

Problem is Donlan was waiting to pounce on someone who waived their hand over the back of an opponent so was not watching the ball like he should have been.

While walking off the paddock, Chamberpot was smirking like the cretin that he is, as the crowd could have torn him another arsehole - isn't that interesting?

If any other player or a coach showed the same sort of open disdain, Andy D would be reaching into their wallet.

Yep, even the commentators commented on it. The little bastard thought it was funny.
