    McVeigh OUT: Moore IN

I'am so sick of McVeigh getting a game week after week and basically having very minimal input. Its time to give Moore a decent chance and I think you will find he will shine.

I hope McVeigh rots in the seconds.

I think Schmidt should be in rather than McVeigh. I thought he was coming good, but Saturday night allayed that hope. Mind you on Saturday night's form there are a few that should be worried. But it won't happen.

This is were I sometimes think Eade was better than Roos. Eade patience was alot shorter towards players who were consistently bad.

at the same time it has turned careers around. Kirk for instance was going no where under eade. Theres a fine line between showing faith and confidence in a player and being too pig headed to drop a dud.

I agree with Kirk! But clearly Roos is rewarding mediocrity with McVeigh.

well maybe, guess he is hoping what worked before will work again. He probably doesnt want to come up with new ideas.

While it pains me to say it, maybe Roos and the coaching staff feel that at this stage no one is in good enough form in the ressies that can do the job McVeigh is supposed to do.

mcveight out ... doesn't matter who comes in.

lets see under eade , kirk delisted end of 2002, o keefe woulnt be the player he is now, goodes would never have won 2 brownlows, saddo would still have been here, luke ablett would have been gone we would still be getting patch up players ala o connor , and so on. rocket did well for us but his time was up and he also had his favourite players going round week after week. but it does seem to be sydneymatic to keep underperforming players in the team.
mcveigh disappoints me the most as i thought with malceski he would have gont to the next next level. malceski has gone up to and mcveigh down a notch or two which is disappointing. bevan was a one year wonder and would be a better rugby league player. but the issue is other than schmidt who has a few runs on board who do we use and do we change our way of play.
bar the usual 3 suspects we abuse each week roosy has done a great job , its just got to the stage now where he has to bite the bullet. if we are to make the 4 which seems unlikely however not impossible we can have no passengers.
that means amon is banned from the fwd50 at all times.

Bring Cyggy in off the bench to play and have McVeigh entertain the crowd pre-game.

Pretty sure that Cyggy could do McVeigh's job better than him, but not the other way around.

FFS its round 10 and McVeigh is still getting a guernsey, Its pathetic, Moore, Schmidt, Vogels, Grundy give them a go, because this dud is going no where.

                          Schmidt must come in.

Watching Dane Swan for Collingwood on Friday night reminded me of Schmidt and the role I'd expect him to play for the Swans. They are both of similar build, of similar skill. Swan was a ball magnet on Friday and given half the chance I am sure Schmidt would be too.
