i was standing cause i was booing the umpires (i'm short - they can hear me better if i stand) ... not cause the swans deserved a standing ovation!!
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

The umpires left the ground long before the Swans did and there were still hundreds of people standing and applauding

they might have left the ground ... i'm pretty sure they could still hear us.

after they left the ground, my booing was directed towards the AFL who should have more control over their employees!!

Got to say I did heaps of booze all night, booze at the restaurant before the game, booze during the game and a bit more after too and felt really bad about it the next day.

Well, I booed. Booed load, booed proud would boo non stop for the next month if it would make a scratch of difference. But I think we may have created a monster for ourselves and I think the maggots will be harder on us than normal (if thats at all possible) just to prove to us "stupid Sydney fans" that don't know the rules, that they were right, we were wrong and there ain't nothin we can do about it.
