Harry Beitzel's new column on Paul Roos

The Scriptures according to Saint Paul

If you love AFL you have to love and admire Swans coach, Paul Roos. He, above all who have passed this way before him, is the true messiah and duly crowned Saint of the Sydney Swans.

Not much of an article. He just basically quoted Roosy throughout.

        Harry's still a goer

No he's definitely still kickinjg. He writes a colum for that site - a couple of times a week. I've always liked his reporting.

Harry is very much alive and living on the NSW Central Coast and writing an anthology on the Irish-Aussie combined game.

So he's out of gaol then?

Or am I mixing him up with somebody else?

                I thought so.

He did the crime, he's done the time, so good luck to him.

                Hope he's going well.

He ought to make a comeback to when he was the umpires adviser. He was better than Geischen and he had been an umpire as well.

Members sitting in the Ladies stand will often see Harry sitting their in his finest watching the swans. A couple of mates who have travelled up from Melbourne have noted his attendance, adding that it is strange to see such a legend of footy sitting in a Sydney stand (i.e. not in a box)....
