Benny is not such a bad selection. If there's one thing that Benny can do, it's wear a player like a glove. Put the saddle right on and ride him all day. That might just unsettle Farmer a little. It will certainly piss him off.

Our talls like LRT (If he plays) and Teddy are probably not tight enough on the likes of someone like Farmer. And that will cost us if he is let loose.

my quokka-supporting little brother, spent last night gleefully going through who's playing for freo this week - with a big "but" at the end ... "but we're at the scg".
once again, i hope i'm wrong, "but" we're gunna get creamed.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

No we are not... thats for certain. The Dockers have only beaten the Blues. Before that everyone was talking about Connolly's job being on the line.

          We will beat them....comfortably.

Freo are sending their strongest side to Sydney ever.

We are down our gun forward (Hall), our tall defender (LRT) and our creative defender (Kennelly).

Whoever loses this game can kiss 2007 goodbye.
Sydney have choked in its last 2 "season defining games". Freo have turned the corner and are making a charge.

An absolutely massive game for all concerned. I think we will lose.

Chin up all. Freo are as soft as butter away from home.

                C. Bolton on Pav
                Leo on "Full Moon" Tarrant
                Malceski on Farmer

We have them covered. Swannies by 30+

I'm going to go out on a limb here.
The changes this week will be -

                  In

                  Hall
                  Schneider
                  LRT
                  Kennelly

                  Out
                  McVeigh (thank God)
                  Laidlaw (unfortnately)
                  Bevan (Party Time!)
                  Schmidt (Roos hates him)

This all means that Malceski may get time in the midfield

Headland has been kicking a lot of goals for them lately too (& setting a lot up). Big job for Dempster I suspect (who btw had a shocker last week - so slow I reckon he must have had some residual concussion from the Rocca clash).

Schneider for Farmer perhaps - I think he's done that role before?

Headland only plays well when the Dockers play well. Shut the Dockers down early and Heady will have a shocker.

You may as well not turn up then Annie.

What better way to show your disgust to the team about how bad they are about to play than to not show up at all.
Captain, I am detecting large quantities of win in this sector

                          We'll win.

Looked like we turned the corner in the second half last week.

Yep - I think the best we have available for that job. Don't know if he has done it before.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

well, i've gotta get into the bar instead of watching the ressies before the game, so i have to turn up!!
