    How old is Schauble?

With LRT injured (and not worth a great deal anyway imo - although he did kick a classic GF goal), Kennelly injured, and Leo not having grown those 7 extra centimetres we were all hoping he would, do we miss Schaubs?

A mere 30. Don't get me started Rokster, don't get me started.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I know I know - we need more grey haired footballers. They exude both experience and a debanoir touch.

Boy did that get the heart started in the morning seeing that thread heading.

An interesting question. Would it have been easier to work on Schauble's speed rather than waiting for Leo to grow?

Don't forget Jon Hay & Darren Gaspar. It could be the Revenge of the 30 Something Defender!

              Old enough to know better.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Bring him back and play him wearing a cravat!

How old is Scott Russell and Nick Daffy?

I'd put Plugger in the defensive goal. They'd never get a ball around his girth these days!
