MOL set to break another record

After a huge week end for milestones, another record for MOL for this week's match v Carlton. He will become the first player in VFL/AFl history to play more than 261 games for the Swans. Well done MOL!

Which is exactly what paul Roos said after the game at the presentation in the Chairman's Club to Michael and Adam.

Come to think of it, every Plugger goal after 1300 was a record breaking kick. We should have run on and mobbed him for each of the 60 goals he kicked after the record was achieved.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

I was waiting for someone to say this.

The big question is, does he have two more years in him to become the first Swan to 300.

          I say yes.

I hope Kirk realises so that he can get the boys pumped each game.

Getting his lucky boots back from the crowd. That would be a record.

Actually, Micky O'Loughnan is within reach of another significant club record. Currently he is tied with Vic Belcher for the most final games-17. The Swans only need to make it again to the finals, (with Micky not suffering any injury), for that long standing record, (held since 1919), to be broken.

Also, five more finals goals and he breaks Bob Pratt's record of the most final goals for the club, (currently standing at 37)
