Tickets West Coast game WA people

I am confused and alarmed. I thought that there was an allocation of seats for Sydney members. I have seen nothing on the Sydney Swans website. In the past the Melbourne based people have sent me an e-mail asking if I wanted to get extra tickets to the game among the cheer squad. I have heard nothing, seen nothing. My daughter has an automatic tiicket being a WA Suporter member. I joined as a Country Member but I don't get a seat to the game. I was going along on the apparent misapprehension that I could get tickets on the Monday or Tuesday as has been the case in the past. Anyone in WA or elsewhere know what is going on? I have heard on the grapevine that the game is a sell-out. I may have stuffed up. Will ring Sydney tomorrow but does anyone in RWO know what's going on. Panic!

My Swans-loving nephew - the loneliest 10 year old in Perth - met with his hero Leo Barry after the Freo game while he was over here with his family. Leo asked him if he was going to the West Coast game - when he explained it would be a sell-out, Leo said: "Don't worry, son, leave it with me."

Sure enough two tickets arrived for them in Perth this week - well played Leapin'!!

PS I know that doesn't help you much Nolie but it does prove where there's a will there's a way!!

I am flying over tomorrow. Can't wait.

The Swans allocation went on sale on June 25 through the Syd and Melb office, it was pretty busy on the phone queue that morning, so I don't know if they all sold out or whether there are any more available.

Nice to see a player following up on his word. Would be very easy to "forget" but clearly they do value the supporters, probably the kids in particular.

I shall also be going to the lunch. If I cannot get a ticket then it looks like my daughters ticket is no good/up for grabs - she won't want to sit there on her own. Not sure if it is a seniors ticket or juniors ticket yet. Will find out at the lunch.

My brother's an Eagles member, but he's out of town atm so I'll be using his membership to get in. I'll most likely be sitting right in the middle of weagles supporters which will be quite an experience

Can't wait though, I barely ever get to see us play live.
