Yeah um .. er .. like, what's going on? It seems every few weeks I attempt to log in & get taken to a place with a great expanse of white and very few words.
It's very "out-of-body".

Small issues with the now OLD webhosts. Things have been transferred over to new ones, so hopefully (fingers crossed), those issues are in the past.
I'm on the Chandwagon!!!
If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Itr was an issue with the way the hosts had changed things. We only recently became aware that this was an issue - took steps to try to rectify them without changing hosts but quickly discovered that wouldn't make a difference, hence the hosts have now been changed and hopefully those issues that we had that caused downtime are behind us.
I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

Well, we didn't do anything to bring it down.
We were on a shared server. The host started to audit CPU usage recently, RWO was regularly using 100% of the CPU, which meant others on the same server got zip.
We guessed it was the forum that was taking up so much CPU, so we tried to turn off certain features that were known to be CPU intensive. That didn't satisfy there needs so they would just suspend us without warning. The 3rd time(Thursday) I didn't bother asking them to unsuspend us until I had an alternate host.
Most hosts wanted $100's of US Dollars per month to run our site. The one we were only only cost $US40 per year.
Once I found a host that was a reasonable costs, and could guarantee to meet our needs, I asked the existing host to fire up the site, and we would shut down the forum (Friday). This they agreed to.
Next step was getting everything moved to new host which they didn't do until this morning. Now every thing seems to be moving at a greater speed.
Thanks to all for your patience. We do apologise for the inconvenience, but we are confident that this will make your time here much more enjoyable, and not have to put up with anymore unexpected down time.
