Well it's a big game at the SCG next week now for us. If we win we're in the finals... if we lose we could quite possibly be out. Only good thing for us is by Sunday afternoon we'll have a fair idea what the situation is.

Well if the Hawks lose tomorrow and if we can somehow pull ourselves together next week for a win then we'll be jumping to 6th, which means we'll be playing the the Hawks first week in the finals (since 6 plays 7). That is the best thing we can hope for right now.Comment

Thank god tonight is over. Apart from a few minutes at the end of the 1st/start of the 2nd, we just didn't look anything like a decent side in contention for the top 4, let alone finals. Very disappointing.
I'm on the Chandwagon!!!
If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

I think apart from Goodes the other player that can hold their head high is Craig Bolton thought he did a great job, as for the rest pretty ordinary, about what we usually play like against the pies.Comment

At least we can go into season 2008 without the "premiership" pressure on us. If Goodsey spends next year playing like he did tonight, he'd be a dead-set cert for Brownlow 2008.
