Siriusly, if we can't beat either of those 3 in a final, then we may as well not turn up.
I do like the Roos song too, but I prefer the Hawks one. I like the idea of a happy team, I think it is nice.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

The Kangas are probably one of the least talented sides currently in the 8. I don't think they are the side they were 2 months ago either. And the last time the played in an elimination final, in 2005, they were slaughtered by and 8th placed Port Adelaide. So they would be my 2nd choice.

I tend to agree. We were hurt on Saturday by the lack of key personnel. Collingwood aren't as good as a lot of people seem to think.

That only consists of their feral supporters...no one else rates em.

Lets play the Pies. Reckon our boys can bounce back from Sat nites dissapointment and win when it really matters.

              Hmm Collingwood I think.

Really don't think they are 'all that', I thought we were despicable on Saturday night and SURELY would give a better account of ourselves in two weeks time. (Wishful thinking maybe haha)

Does it matter with the way we're playing?

                  Definately Collingwood.

Not that I think we will win for sure, but if we bring our best game we should beat any of those 3 and if we serve up the @@@@@ like we served up on Saturday night we won't beat any of them. So, working on the 'bring our A game' theory, to finish Collingwood's season would be sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sweet.

we wont make it past the 1st week

the melbourne teams and port/wce will be the only ones in the fray come week 3/4

we're way below our form in the last 8 weeks of this season compared to '05 '06.

it'll take a miracle of 2005 proportions to get into another prelim final.
but as they were saying during 'on the couch' last night, the hard accountable defensive style of footy has caught up with us over the years. and injuries were inevitable.

I agree to have the opportunity to end Collingwood's season cannot be discounted, it would definetely be the most enjoyable outcome.

Can't see us going too far so to at least have the chance at Collingwood one more time would make up for the two humiliating losses during the year.

A third loss would be unbearable though!

Wouldn't be much worse than it is now. At the minute they have absolute bragging rights, have won the last 3 and we struggled to beat them in the few years before that when we were at our peak.

                              Another loss will be...oh well.

                              A win however...........

Yeah a third loss would mean I would have no come back against my Collingwood supporting mongrel brother............So I'd just have to resort to violence.
