I thought it was pretty standard "look at this new recruit we have" piece.

BTW, he obviously hasn't heard that he will have to play at least 2 seasons in Canberra before he even gets a chance to play on the MCG.

I don't know about this. Does anyone know how long TK took to break into the seniors?

If Brendan Murphy has a great pre-season - i reckon he'll debut for sure next year

Roos will put him straight under the tutelage of Crouch, Mathews, Kirk and McVeigh and he'll be shutting down players in no time......

I think you'll find that Kennelly debuted under Eade.

Eade wasn't big on playing kids, but he definitely played more than Roos does.

Kennelly arrived out here end of 1999 from memory and debuted against Carlton in July 2001 about a week after his birthday.

No need to take it out of context
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I love this quote from Roos...

Roos says Kennelly is looking forward to having Irish company at the club.

?He?s really excited to have another Irishman coming over. But the problem for me is that when the two of them start talking, I?ve no idea what either of them is saying. I?ve told Tadhg they?re going to have to slow down.?

More news on the new boy.

Swans swoop on Ireland's Chris Judd

Let's not put any pressure on the guy:
CARLTON may have secured Chris Judd in the trade period last month, but according to Tadhg Kennelly, the Swans have quietly recruited a player regarded as Gaelic football's version of the former West Coast captain.

It was hard not to get a little excited when I read that article in the paper this morning but I agree, it could be putting undue pressure on him.

I don't eat animals since discovering this ability. I used to. But one day the lamb I was eating came through to me and ever since then I haven't been able to eat meat.
