Really like the look of Barlow - sure hands and confident.

I reckon he is going to be a great player. He is a little tentative going into a contest (particularly marking). Once he gets that confidence he will be very very good. Rising star nomination for him next year IMO!

Has awesome awareness in general, and has several times helped clear a pack. Very exciting!

After an exciting first 10 minutes, the last 5-10 minutes of play was some of worst football from both sides I can remember.

I certainly didn't expect the Swans to be kicking arse but without Hall, the midfielders now realise that Davis is playing up forward and he's on fire. The Hawks on the other hand can't handle the heat and are struggling, a couple of injuries will surely hurt them even more. If the Swans can maintain the momentum, don't be surprised if the Swans lead by over 100 points before 3 quarter time.

Great half - must give the players a TON of confidence for next week.

Goodes, Fosdike (for his pressure not his stats), O'Keefe and Davis best for mine. Barlow is a good contester at the ball - harder than he looks.

When you think about it there are 3 or 4 blokes fighting for a spot in the finals - no wonder some of them are playing out of their skin.

I really like the run that Dempster gives us - can't understand why he wouldn't be an automatic selection when Kennelly isn't playing.

It's really not that complicated. The first half of the first quarter was fantastic. The second half of the first quarter was garbage. The second quarter was fantastic. So overall the first half was fantastic!
