I was hoping for a daytime game too, but with Port and WCE playing Fri night, it was going to be a case of ratings being the overriding factor and Sydney v Coll was going to rate the best by far being in prime time.

          I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Apart from the MCG the question now is where one should watch the game.
            Bring it on!

i do too in a way but it would mean a rush after playing my own netball grand final (maybe it's an omen ... last time we won was in '05!!)

it does mean slightly more recovery timethough after collingwood have the advantage of playing last friday night

I saw on the news tonight authorities are warning against going to the airport in Sydney next week, particularly by ca,r due to APEC, reckon that will affect a heap of swannie tragics trying to get down for the big final.

Does anyone know for sure when tix are available, I am under the impression it is Tues morning, but not sure.
I hear not what you say, for the thunder of who you are.

Not so Excellent, given our poor night record.

If it was against Collingwood it was always going to be Saturday night for TV ratings. Sydney and Collingwood have more supporters overall across Australia than any other teams.

I wanted to see a day game as we have been very good during the day this year and pretty dismal at night all year.... lol going to be tough especially with almost two days less turnaround to the Pieboys but we can do it. If we can somehow reproduce our first half today next week we will blow those pies out of the sky!

                              I'm jealous Chook.
                              Very jealous.

All they need to do is produce four quarters of what they did in the first half against the dawks and the wobbles ain't gunna know what hit them.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
