    Roos stuns me sometimes.

You hope they're going to come ready to play but you're never absolutely sure.

As a supporter I've often felt that way before a game but it stuns me a little bit that the coach would express that opinion!

      at least his honest.

gee some around here are never happy with Roosy. If he talks in cliches then he gets lambasted, if he tells the truth well he is a bit too honest.

I am 100% sure that what ever roosy does or whatever he says some people on this site will never be happy.

He can only prepare them so much during the week and before a game, once they are out there it is up to the players to be switched on.

That's the way his comments come across and that's also the way some people here think!

I don't recall him ever taking personal credit for any win - certainly not other than in the context of the whole team doing its bit.

I don't get the need to take pot shots at Roos for the sake of taking pot shots at Roos. And no, this confusion is not the same as putting him on a pedestal either...

I never understood it as well. They over analysis everything he says or does and then always draw negative conclusions to it.

Its like they want him to stuff up to appease their own egos.

As a general rule, people are fickle.
Goodsey of Mickey have an off day and there's trade talk here.
As for the mental state of players, does anyone know if we have a team psychologist yet?
Still amazed that we don't with the players' 'role model' status and media spotlight etc.

it's not hard when 90% of the things you say about Roos on this site is negative.
