Definitely the latter. We've been so lucky to see some success from Sydney over the last 3-4 seasons, and it'll be another 50 years until our next flag if we do the old Eade trick of topping up a fading list. The Swans still have some very capable players, we just need to weed out the crap and blood some youngsters.Comment

I said at the start of the season J Bolton, Barry and Crouch were finished and many criticised that call. All three are now a liability. Mathews is probably close to finished, as is McVeigh. Bevan is still borderline.
Hall is a worry.Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

He was terrible, but he is carrying an injury.
Forward line structure and entry into the forward line are hopeless.the other reason was Roos refusing to change a dysfunctional forward line,
The interesting one was Craig Bolton, awful tonight, i reckon he should be traded.
He made a few uncharacteristic blues!

Leave B2 alone. He did ok against some very tough opposition - the ferals obviously wanted it more.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.Comment

I agree with all of this except that I'd swap McVeigh (borderline, but better forward) and Bevan (game, but made one or two unforgiveable clangers). He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team.
