I think she shouldn't be on footy shows. Her almost total focus is on the backroom politics. She very rarely talks about on-field aspects.

And over 75% of her ramblings revolve around Richmond. It gets BORING after a while.

Journalists involved with footy down here seem to see themselves as some sort of god-like purveyors of the information to the masses or something. The way they spar with coaches and players is somewhat mystifying to this expat-Sydneysider.

I do find the show interesting viewing nonetheless. It is definitely a footy programme that shows the depth of interest in the game.

Not at all as far as I'm aware.
Mr McGuire has done sweet FA for us, even when he's been in Sydney.
Hell, last year we got The Footy Show straight after that other one. This year we've had to wait until Ralph TV with the biggest poof on telly hosting and then the late news. 12.30am at the earliest, usually closer to 1am.

Thought things would change when he came up here. They got worse, but he wouldn't care because he's rich enough to have a direct feed from the Melbourne satellite hooked in.

Don't be so disappointed with the AFL Footy Show being on so late. Before Eddie left, it was known as the Collingwood Footy Show. Now for the past 2 years they've been taking the p*** out of Garry for having a cry when he snapped his leg 20 years ago. Same @@@@e, different week.
