And to those who think Didak is an option:
A Club has to be about something more than what players they put on the field. A Club must represent a set of standards and ideals. That's the whole nature of what a Club is. If you think Didak is the sort of guy that is worthy of promoting the image and ideals of the Swans then you clearly have a different view of what our Club stands for.

Yes. Collingwood will probably make the Prelim this year at the expense of a heavily injured Eagles side. But will cop a dose of reality come next week.

2008 is a fresh start for us. Our boys need a full 5 months away from competition and a decent pre-season after competeing in finals 5 years in a row. Not to mention the International Rules matches that our guys feature in each year.

Following footy - if you don't believe at the beginning of every season that as long as we beat the pies, we'll be ok.

All right, they let us down this year - but the belief will be back before Round 1 2008.
