    Robert Harvey playing on

The guy is just a freak. Still one of the Saints best, even at his age. First player to play 21 seasons. Can only wonder how many games he would have played if not for injury and Saints playing so few finals. I wish him all the best for 08.

    I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

    I second every word Mike.
A true champion and a legend of the game and deserves every accolade he gets.
Congratulations Harvs, I hope you have at least 20 great games next year (or 21, depending on how many times you play us).
In fact, I'd love to see you go on chasing Tucky's record. Just keep those hammys right.

He is a true champion, I just hope he hasn't decided to play one season too many for his sake.

Glad to see the Saints allowing him to go on unlike Pagan with Bradley. I doubt anyone will get near Tuck with the pace the game is played at these days.

A line in the small article about him playing on in today's SMH really put it in perspective. He debuted in the same year 5 of the Saints players were born!

If he gets through through next year well, he could push on in 2009 to make it to 400 games.

That really beggars belief. Just amazing!
