    How much is Goodes' contract?

Does anyone know what he signed for when he last signed? Is he on a bigger contract that Hall? He damn well should be!

I think it was 700K a year for four years.

Bazza signed $2M for three years (with one year left to run). Goodsey's gotta be worth more than that.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

I thought Hall was 500k per season for 4 years, not 3. I don't recall Goodes signing something as large as 700k per season?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline

Goodes and Judd will be on the highest tier of player salaries easily. Swans will need to put him as a priority for when his contract exp.

I think he can get another 2 brownlow's if he's consistent.

Four years taking him up until 2011. If you believe the article, about $750,000 per year.

Apart from Judd and Goodes, I think key forwards remain the highest paid in the AFL. Brown, Hall, Reiwoldt, Pavlich would all be top tier.

Goodes deserves $700K per year, at the very least. Dual Brownlow medallists don't just step into the side every year, and he's still going strong.

I agree that he deserves $700k+, I just didn't recall him getting it. Good on him!
