Club Champion - other awards

Can anyone tell me what other awards are given out on the Club Champ night (or correct what i have written below):

Bob Skilton Medal
Clubman of the year (Players player)
Most Courageous Player
1% award
Most Improved
Rookie of the year

Are there any others? Have i made some of these up?

Also, is the Skilton medal for the MVP or the Best and Fairest? Does being reported make you ineligible?

What constitutes being a Rookie? From memory its something like if you have played less that 20 games?

Are there any Reserves awards given out on the night too?

They usually have a medal for Best Finals Appearance, but since we only had one I don't think they'll be having that one this year

McV DID have two reasonable games this season. There were only two, and they were only just reasonable. (Well, reasonable enough to save him from a tounge-lashing at the trivia night.)

Benny had more than two reasonable games. Three - maybe even four. I know I voted for him a few times (albeit one pointers, but the votes were still there).
