I've got 4 trips to Sydney for study and work next year, I hope the games coincide with some of those.

I wish I knew the fixture so I could book one of Jetstar's $24 flights today.

Don't care if it's at SCG or Telstra, but I want Hawthorn in Rd 1.

No Hodge, no Crawford, no Lewis would make it an opportune time to get them.

Then Geelong at Skilled Stadium the day they unfurl the flag. As we saw, I think the record isn't too flash on those days, very distracting all the hype.

West Coast Collingwood Hawks and Geelong would do me.

Since we averaged over 60,000 people a game there this year.

                    Agreed. Hawthorn in R1.

I also don't want WCE in R1. I'm not sure why swans fans want this.

Why not? We need to beat the best sides to be succesful and win the premiership. West Coast and Sydney have developed a great rivarly and a round 1 game in 08 would ensure a bumper crowd to start the season.

I don't remember winning a first round in about 5 years. Correct me if i'm wrong but our track record isn't crash hot. I agree we must beat the best to be the best (majority of the best anyway) but lets have them in R4 once we are warmed up for our second premiership in four years.

Where is the official announcement? or does it include a pre-season game?

The official announcement came out after the Saints game, which took the average attendance for TS games to over 55,000 for the year.

Thanks for that. Mighty neighbourly of you.

                              In that case: 1. West coast; 2. collingwood; 3. geelong; 4. hawks/saints.

The biggest crowd pulklers at the SCG have been Geelong for a non final. The above 5 teams will all feature prominantly next year.
