    Forget Miller and Johnstone.

Now who's going to tell Roos?
I tend to agree with you there. A running midfielder is a necessity compared to another tall forward in a similar vain to Grundy and Vogels.

I would not say no to Johnson if the right trade was negotiated.

I wouldn't mind a trade for Miller but a 2nd rounder is all that his worth IMO Sherman sounds like a long shot considering he has 2 years to go on contract but I wouldn't rule it out. It would be disspointing if we gave away our pick 11for something ordinary but as Roosy said it's most likely that it will be kept.

I dont think Miller is even worth our 2nd rounder...heck i think i'd rather keep Vogels then get Miller.

I'm not excited by Miller at all. Why would we need / want Richards and Miller in the same team?

AFL Insider is right then Tom Collier could play as a tall down back anyway if we use him with out #11.

I also think we should consider Thomas Murphy from Hawthorn to bolster our defence. Should be able to get him quite cheaply as well.

No question (from reports) that Collier will be better than Miller.

In which case Sherman & Tenace have pace which we need desperately in the midfield.

Agree completely, they're all leading forwards, we need a marking option, but is Miller it?

I've been away for ages yet, we still lack a forward marking option, a key defender and a swift midfielder ~ Groundhog day.

Heart as big as a split pea, that's why wasn't getting a game at Brisbane. Flashy but weak.

By the way someone posted that hopefully Schneider will develop. Fair dinkum how many years does a player need to develop. He has been about the same his whole career, I doubt he will get any better. What we can hope for is the odd cameo from him, preferably in a GF.

Miller = first grade, rolled gold, 5 star hack. Lazy, slack, no idea where to put himself in the game and hasn't gone on a lead since Moses played full back for the Sinai Seconds.

When you watch this bloke play you wonder if he registers at all on the IQ meter.
