    Roos' awakening

    September 8:

    ?Out of respect to the players who played the last five years, I?ll give them first crack again next year and see what happens.?
    October 4:
    "I spoke to our players and basically said if we can, we will make some changes because we have to try and improve our team,'' Roos said.

              yeah - and realised that a new game plan was required, that means new players to actually put the plan into place.
              I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

                  He's seen how well geelong have played and conceded that nothing we can currently muster is going to cut it

                      Many others saw it in the first half of last year's Grand Final. The efforts of Ted Richards and Brett Kirk may have kept Jude Bolton on the list for an additional year...

                          The leadership group has obviously had a word to Roosy and set him straight.

                          I find it amusing some people here refute the leadership group is in charge....and yet, "I spoke to our players ..."
