I remember that late in his last season with the Cats before being delisted, Ugrinic suffered a broken jaw while swimming.

Is it just me that finds this post hilarious? How the hell does this happen?

Reminds me of the blokes who got injured picking up their two year old (some league d00d I think), fixing their fence (Ottens), running up the race on to the ground for the game (Sartori), washing their hair in the shower (Jayasuriya...and he's bald!).

Ah yes. I also remember A. Lynch kicking a goal at the Gabba, and then running along the fence-line high-fiving Loin supporters before slipping over on the grate. Great tv.

I wonder if this is how Gerard Healy injured his "groin"... over excited after a goal perhaps.
