They have traded Judd to Carlton for picks 3 20 and they also have pick 22

If the draft picks are taken away by the afl who gets these

I would imagine that those picks cease to exist, and no player will be taken at those selections.

Probably lose two picks I would suggest.

Previous offending clubs have lost more for salary cap breaches, not player behaviour. But as WCE did assure the AFL that they were dealing with it, I suspect they'll get some sort of penalty..

i think for the swans to be a powerhouse they are going to need to pick a middie/winger to replace the likes of bolton and help out goodes and kennelly, and they are going to need a goal sneak to help out the power forwards.

If WCE were punished with picks, everyone would just move up a pick basically.

But they can't have picks they traded for from other clubs taken away, only picks THEY HOLD as a result of their finish on the ladder. So Picks 3 and 20 would be safe. We wouldn't move up in the 1st Round, but would in the 2nd and any further Rounds Picks are taken away (assuming Picks are taken away).

I know what you mean Liz but he's only 18 and look how big he is we could use him as a ruckman or KPP.

When playing against McEvoy this year, he doesnt play like a ruckman, he is more like a dominant midfielder/tall forward. Not clumsy like the average ruckman, an he is heavier than first said. Not a bean pole at all.
Other choices for ruckmen would be, John Shaw from Sandy Dragons, played as the above age player in the TAC Cup this year, and beat Kreuzer when the both played each other. The other would be Tom Bellchambers, from Tassie 18s. No one has said a word of him, and he got 30+ hit outs in all 3 games against the TAC Cup teams this year, i think. He has also played a few games for Tassie VFL 1sts.
