Much has been made of the Swans "No dickhead" policy, but does it actually exist?? And if so, who's enforcing it?

Can we really say we don't have any dickheads on our list?

Who are our dickheads?

Are they the good, fun, likeable dickheads???? Or are they the bad, divisive, unlikeable dickheads????

And just how many times can I get dickhead into one post?

I don't think there's anything in writing, heh.

I reckon it just means, they don't employ people who put themselves before the team and the Club.

Sounds like good common sense to me.
