2005 EF was over two seasons ago. Let's count that again together ... one - two.
It was like he did all that hard work, became God-like in the eyes of many, then decided to sit back on those laurels for the next season and do jack.

    Reeks of showpony.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

      7/10

Would have been 10/10 if the bloody rest of the team remembered he was on the park.

7.5/10 - may be a little biased but for the time he was on the field and the team's adversion to kicking it to him he had a pretty good season.

no indescretions and man can he kick a goal!

hoping next year he will be given the chance to play where he is best and become a consistent contributor.

I'm giving him 6/10 for his talent. That's all. Otherwise, he's still lazy.

That is just a myth. He's hot and cold, like a lot of small forwards.

It would be 74 years, if it wasn't for him.

6.5/10 - as observed by others the midfield seemed to refuse to kick it to him. However, thinking about the overall poor midfield delivery to Hall, maybe some in the midfield were trying to kick it to Davis but missed due to poor foot skills (I'm looking at you J. Bolton.)

Missed several games at different times throughout the season because of hamstring and foot injuries (played 17 of 23 games). Therefore 31 goals with a best of four (twice) and 10 multiple goal games is a pretty good return for a small/medium forward who was often not allowed to stay in the forward 50.

              Cheers

7/10 I have a lot of time for Davis, but can not understand why his leads are ignored so much by others...so many times.... He certainly has the knack of losing his man on the forward line. If the team has a problem with him beit trust or whatever, the coaching staff need to get it in the open and fix it..fast. If they are coached not to give him the ball when he's
free, why? The whole thing makes no sense..

I don't know what mark to give him but I know that whenever he got the ball I knew something positive and accomplished was going to happen. He is one of those who creates time, like James Hird, and doesn't have to rush like Jude does. Am biased toward him though.

Yet we're sposed to accept anything Roos does to the team because he delivered us a flag over two seasons ago? Let's count that again together ... one - two.

5/10. Had some good games, had some terrible games. They should've kicked it to him more often.

4/10. Doesn't do enough. Pays no respect to his opponent and his attitude is poor. Does kick handy goals, but not often enough for his lack of desire to do other things - tackle, shephard, smother, chase, knock ons etc.

5/10, 30 odd goals from a small forward is a good return, but he went missing in a couple of big games and struggled at times against quaility opposition.

                                Cheers
