Never allowed to settle in a defined roll and never had the aerobic fitness to play regularly in the midfield. I think he had more potential and proven ability than some kept on the list. Probably why Lyon traded for him.

Did miss too many shots when running into goal from about 30 metres. This was probably as a result of too much time thinking 'don't miss' - resulting in self applied pressure resulting in him missing.

I agree with Jono2707 that he had great hands and "... got off some brilliant handballs to running players in traffic."

I wish him well at the Saints.
