"Bomber" Thompson rejects NAB interchange rule.

Mark Thpmson says that he will ignore the new limit on interchange in the NAB cup if it does not serve the good of the players.

"If we feel the need to take a player off who's struggling and we've already used our moves, we will take that player off no matter what the consequences are ? to manage players."
I would love to see the following happen to show the AFL rules committee up for what it is, a group of out of touch egos who seem to be more interested in making their mark on the game rather than what is best for the players.
If a coach wanted to make a point fans could witness teams playing with 15 players towards the end of a quarter.

It's still summer in some states ... it's a very, very stupid rule.

How can they expect anyone to take the Ansett Cup seriously?

What's the point of putting one of your "better" or more senior players onto the paddock for the Ansett Cup, when it's still quite hot and he has a greater chance of getting injured because the interchange is limited?

    It's very wrong.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

To the AFL: LEAVE THE @@@@@@@@ RULES ALONE!
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Too bad they won't listen. Anything to stop the Swans winning the flag again must be a big win for them.
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore

Problem is having a "Rules Committee"

They have to change the rules to justify their existence.

To Demitreou - Dismantle the rules committee!!!!
