I use to live around the corner from the Rising Star Hotel in Cobden Street. Brings back old memories, looking at the pub. I loved South Melbourne, top suburb.

Hasn't the Danish Club been sold (or is up for sale)? I remember Tony told us last October that the Danish Club couldn't give the Swans the commitment they wanted.
The trouble with the Rising Sun is that they aren't open on a Sunday, so it's not much of a place to meet to see the games.

Not all the time. Swantastic just won't accept that Sydney is far superior to Melbourne.
Beautiful Sydney Harbour versus the brown, muddy Yarra.
It's a no brainer. We win!!

I like to go to Melbourne for the footy. Although I don't like to stay too long - it's too far from the city.
