Libba talks up Carlton tanking

Isn't it great that we get jumped on for possibly not wanting to win in a nuff nuff pre-season match yet the AFL continue to hide their heads in the sand over these allegations regarding Carlton.

Vlad & his arrogant cronies will not admit that the system they created has gone back to bite them on the rear end & makes much of the performances of the lower teams reduce the league to that of a farce as a result.

The AFL is staying mum so as not to lose face with sponsors. Which is why they jumped on us so quickly; because they are paranoid about alienating corporate partners in the potential lucrative (but impressionable) Sydney market.

Hopefully these allegations will be looked at seriously & this issue will actually get dealt with.

I would have thought it was Libba that looked more like a dickhead. He was the one who made the comments about tanking, not Hutchison. Now he is saying the opposite. Hutchy can only report the facts as the "squirrel gripper" put it and we all saw it on tv.

I would agree with this if it wasn't for Hutchison chasing the headline. Hutchy wanted to make this an issue and chased Libba for some quotes. Well he got them, with a bit of rubbish and hogwash added on.

If you believe he is balanced ask yourself why he never went after Ron Evans with the same vengence that he has gone after Pratt. Do you think its because he is an Essendon supporter. Why did Spotless catering buy a nearly broke catering company in Perth if he wasnt using inside information from his position at the AFL the venues in WA were going to change. As for Ron Evans Karma's a bitch isnt it.

All of this, of course, is made worse when the AFL commission and executive appear to take only a passing interest in it. If it involves Paul Roos they seethe and froth, if it involves The Price Fixer's club they try to ignore what one former coach said was the bleeding obvious.
