Nope, the West Coast Eagles have with 219 handballs for the round. We only had 119 which is quite low.

I'm not surprised that the Eagles have the highest handballs with their possesion game.

But that possession game wasn't the "basketball crap" displayed by the likes of Richmond.
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore

Thanks Scott. Interestingly if you take out the high possession getters of the backmen then our effectiveness drops under 70%.
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

He's trying to sour, what was such a great win last night.

There was a lot of pressure last night from both sides, but I doubt he's taking that into account. He wants everyone to have 100% efficiency.

I guess that is why the Lions struggled to score last night, as the defence was able to get it out of there with accuracy.

I think there are two reasons why our defence have such high effectiveness ratios. One is that a number of their disposals are rebounding or transferring in the clear to free players. The other is that they're generally good users of the ball.

Some of the passing between the defenders last night was so so sweet. There were a few times when I thought someone received the ball when they were too hot but they all seemed to have a tremendous sense of where a team mate was.

Mattner's hands, in particular, impressed me. I knew he was a great tackler, good runner and pretty good kick. I hadn't realised how reflexive his hands were.
