He'll definitely appeal. I don't know if his 2006 seasons will have much impact on the decision.

I think it was the 2006 problems that cost him the week suspension..he couldn't take advantage of an early plea..had he not had the record he was ok to play next week...but I suspect he will get off on appeal anyway.
