    Leading Goalscorer for the season....

Since 2002 BBBH has lead the goal kicking for the Swans at seasons end.

Micky O is currently leading him by one and seems to be regaining career best form. Anyone want to predict the leading Goalscorer come seasons end???....cause I'm pretty sure it won't be 1 B.Hall.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.

Tho' my money'd be on MOL.

It doesn't surprise me that it doesn't surprise you. It wouldn't surprise me either. You have to be on the field to kick goals though. I'll stick with Micky O.

I like Davis, but I certainly don't have a one-eyed, blind view of his play. If he plays from FF and is a primary forward 50 target I see no reason why he wouldn't be the leading goal scorer, even with having to make up for some weeks in Canberra.

Sometime in 2006 I wrote that I couldn't see anyway we could win big games without Baz - the whole team was built around him. By the end of last year I was dreading him playing as the structure worked better without him.

I'm loving the change of the new kids and finding out what they can do. Don't you reckon that right now Roos is talking to Nicky D saying "this is your chance, stand up and you're a Swan. Stay lazy and you're trade bait." I expect (and really, really hope) Nick rises to the challenge. And becomes our leading goal kicker. He's got the talent for sure - and now has the time to make the position his.

But how will the structure work? Micky O' will keep doing what he does, Davis as the next forward? But who will be our big forward? Cheese? Do you think Davis is up to competing with Scarlett, Glass, etc?

I certainly dont think Davis is up to playing on Scarlett- not for the reason that I dont think he can't take plenty of marks and kick goals but for the reason that scarlett would do to him what he did to G Train last week. He will just run off him all day long and cause havoc coming off the backline. We need someone who not only provides a solid marking contest but can run and shutdown the rebound of Scarlett. Surely the only one this weekend to do that is ROK.

I think the forward structure would work a treat with MOL in FP, Davis at FF and Barlow at CHF.

Scarlett would probably take Davis and may kill him, but he does that to most forwards. The way to beat Scarlett is kick goals thus making him accountable. If that happens then Geelong lose Scarlett as a rebounder, which is a major win for the opposition.

I have no problem with the swans winning games without Hall...Rd 22 2007 vs Hawthorn comes to mind. It will be tough against Geelong. I have always felt that we should be playing Adam goodes in the forward line a lot more often that what we do. Roos seems to play LRT there pretty often too. Always get nervous with him, he can take a grab, but his kicking.... well best not to say anything about that. Perfect forward line set up would be to play Mickey O and Davis out of the square, Goodes to take over Hall's role and ROK to just keep doing what he's been doing so far. I also think the tribunal gave Hall 7 weeks instead of 6 because if thay gave him 6, well you know which game he comes back for... WCE at perth. Hall probably wouldent get out of Perth alive if he got to play in this game.

It has got to be McVeigh. But I will qualify it with as long as Roos doesn't do something silly like change the role he is currently playing.
My second guess is Pebbles, he will suddenly learn how to kick straight.
