I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time -
If I was John Worsfold I would have told Ricky to @@@@ right off.I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline

On another note, Bucks has become a fantastic special comments man.
Also - cam up again tonight - I loved Dennis' comment - "in the history of humans".Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.
"[T]here are things that matter more and he's reading and thinking about them: heaven, reincarnation. Life and death are the only things that are truly a matter of life and death. Not football."Comment

Bucks and Dennis are the two best commentators right now IMO.I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline

At half-time, the Blues kicked 8 goals to 0 in the 2nd quarter, to blow the game wide open, to lead by 48 points at half-time. The Eagles look like a rabble at the moment, very undisciplined.

West Coast: 2.7.19
Goals for Carlton:
4: Brendan Fevola, 1: Marc Murphy, Kade Simpson, Steven Browne, Simon Wiggins and David Ellard.

I couldn't even imagine a Swans side turning it up like this rabble. What a pathetic joke they are...And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

Isnt it funny that West Coast less then 2 years ago were talking about a dynasty of flags, rabbling on about how good they were going to be for years to come, and that we were all but gone as a football team. Its funny how the tide turns- whereas we should at least make the eight and perhaps even have a decent tilt, they look like a bottom 4 or 6 team at best.
Shows just how good Judd and Cuzdog were when they were playing over there though, and in turn makes me think just how good we were in 05 to beat them
Gee its great to watch them self destruct- Im really enjoying it even if it has been a fairly rubbish match!"You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

Definitely, and I honestly have not seen anything like it in a long time. It seriously looks like they can get to a contest if it is push and shove but aren't interested in getting to one if it is for the footy. I think I saw 2 occassions in that second quarter where a West Coast player gave up on the chase of a Carlton player to go get involved in some pointless skirmish. That sort of discipline would not be acceptable in park football.I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
