    Jarred Moore

One positive for us today, is his continued good form. What chances for a Rising Star nomination this week?

10 kicks, 10 handballs, 6 marks, 4 tackles. A great performance from the youngster but I'm not too sure about a nomination this round.
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore

      I think he's too old.

Anyway, I think it's fair to say that he has cememnted his spot now.

Yep, he is a little beauty.

Notice how even when he slipped at one stage, he was still able to give of a handball to Goodesy for a goal.

He has reasonable pace but it is also strong and a pretty good kick. He'll play a lot of games for us hopefully.

Yep, and he's been ready for a couple of years. Injury is all that has held him back.

very very good player in the making I feel. Does lots of good work round the ground, is a more then solid kick and goes in hard. Lays a good tackle too when needed. A real quality player in the making I feel. Even if the season goes pear shaped like it more then likely will, we have plenty to look forward to with some of the good young players we have coming through.

For mine, the only highlight in a miserable performance.

Remember - a lot of people felt he was a potential top 10 pick but concerns about his fitness pushed him back.

Now's he's rid himself of the pud, we're seeing the skills.

He combines toughness and skill with a quick thinking footy brain. It was a classy performance all round.

Very happy with him. When he's got the footy, I'm always confident that he's going to do something constructive with it. Can't say the same about many others in the side.

Remember his first game (I think) against the Bulldogs at Manuka when he sent his two first centre bounces straight down the throat of a leading forward. Dermie is in love with "Bulldog"....got dropped shortly after.

Anyhow, I think he's great and, hopefully, will very shortly become CONFIDENT and will thereafter demonstrate CLASS (see other thread!!! )

Moore has been a sensation and has easily been our best youngster this year by a mile.

                          1)Moore

Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...

Actually Jarred has played many games (nearly all last year in the two's).Alot of people in the footy world who knew him from the Tac Cup could not understand why he wasn't getting a game.I think Sydney did well with Jaz as they felt he had a problem with his running and an AIS coach worked with him.It was a frustrating time for all but good player management by Sydney.

He is really impressive isn't he!

Shows leadership on the field. He and Goodes took us very close on Sunday. He just doesn't move either when he gets hit and when he runs through a pack - look out!

Probably is rushing some disposals and has more time than he thinks. A real highlight of the year.
