Who gets the Burgoynes? I would love to see Jack try to be the negating forward on P.B.,and he is a reasonable kick.
    Who gets Shaun?
    Bevan on Motlop?
    D Pearce.......??
Will Cornes (K) pick up Kirk?
    Cornes (C) to Goodes presumably.
I wish my weed was EMO so it would cut itself

      Calm down.

The last four occasions the Swans made it to the top 4 at seasons' end,
(1998,2003, 2005 and 2006); on each occasion after Round 13 they were 8 wins and 5 losses.

In three of those four years they weren't even in the top 4 after Round 13. In 2003 and 2005 they were ranked 5th at Round 13; and 2006 they were ranked 6th after 13 rounds.

Consequently, with that very consistent historical track record, Sydney can still afford to lose one or even two games within the next five.

Just get everybody to make the chokey-chokey motion before the first bounce on Saturday. Choco hates that...hopefully puts them off their game.
          Go you mighty BLOODBOYS!

actually i think we are at risk against the tigers. we have been able to win last two games against them without playing particularly dominantly and their current form is very very good (draw with bulldogs, competitive against geelong, st kilda and hawthorn - in the best game, or second best game this year (adelaide, port was better)) and a big defeat of fremantle in freo

i actually think we are more likely to lose to richmond

we really need a minimum of 4 wins if not 5 from the next 5 to be a realistic hope for the top 4 with our very tough run in- Collingwood twice, Geelong, Hawthorn, Adelaide, Freo, Brisbane, the Dogs and Carlton. Only Freo I reckon should be a gimme, the rest could easily be nasty results. I dont think we should want to be looking for more then 6 wins at a max from the 9 to make the 4, only need 5 would be better (But that would probably mean we'd have to win the next 5 working on the idea of a 56 point cutoff).
This week will be very tough- we have simply a mediocre record at AAMI. Our game plan usually manages to piss Port off though and Im hopeful we can get a win from it. Richmond will be tougher then we think, and St Kilda is always a dour close game. Melbourne should really be a good old belting down here in Canberra. Id be happy enough with 4 from 5 but if we are serious about a top 4 finish 5 from 5 is probably is what is needed.
But as is rightly pointed out also, need to take it just a week at a time!
