Pretty good if you're a drinker. If I was going there, and planning to have a session - $85 is pretty good value for an entertaining night.

Not knocking the club but the cost of living is going up all the time,so they have to be mindful what members can afford.

I could drink $75 worth of alcohol

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Its OK if Spirits were included, but $75.00 of beer means a very bad hangover the next day.

Missed the $75 for members bit. I'm definitely entertaining going at $75 - I know I'd get value out of it, but maybe others wouldn't.

I doubt you'd find too many functions at $75 that include spirits.

                    I'm going to a function in early June that's $80 a head.
It includes a five-course meal, beer, wine, softdrinks, SCOTCH, entertainment (lebo band and a DJ) and a belly dancer.
                    Now that's value.

Why wouldn't your partner be a member too?

That makes it even better value then.

It's a Saturday night, so that's quite good value (even though there are NO spirits).

Ours was during the week ... not much fun (unless you're IU2) in having a screamer night on the turps on a school night.
