    Who should play on Richo?

It's the big match up question for this weekends game. Given that Richo has been playing much of this season on the wing, I reckon we start with a tagger like Jack but should Richo prove to be in good form and beating Jack, switch Goodes onto him and run Richo off the ground.

Kieren's pretty good, but Superman he ain't. Depending what Richo's doing it needs to be from Goodes, B2 or LRT.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

      Has to be LTR.

Richo would be at least a foot taller than Jack I would think. Craig Bolton or...cough cough...LRT.

Kizza will be needed to curb Foley, but even if Foley was to get injured in the first minute, not a snowflakes chance in hell that he would go to Richo.

Cruiser, I'm perplexed at your thinking.

Double team him with LRT and Jack.

It'll be a cold day in hell when Jack plays on Richo!

When on the wing, we have no-one other than Goodesy or B2 that can go with him (or maybe LRT) but I wouldn't think we'd be wanting to move our lack of defenders up the ground.

So.... Goodey on the wing, and B2 when he's up forward.

Goodesy can try and play off him, and make Richo accountable.

Craig Bolton. Only one that can go with him in any position.

If Richo had been playing (and was likely to play) close to goal, LRT would be a viable option. He's done well on him in the past, albeit not when Richo's been in the kind of form he's been showing this season.

But if he's over his knee injury and reverts to playing up the wing, Bolton has to be the obvious choice. He's quick enough and fit enough.

Don't see the point in playing Goodes on him. It's hard to pick who'd win the duel but I suspect they'd both do some damage and both get run off a bit. But that's just making Wallace's job easier because it means he doesn't have to worry about who else to match up on Goodes. Given we have another quality option in Bolton, why not use him?

Plus we don't want Goodes stuck on a wing. He does some of his most valuable work in the centre square.

                      Ted for my money.

Surprised no-one has mentioned him so far.

Ted's another option, but I'd back B2 to shut down Richo every time. I think Richo's form this year warrants our best defender. No, not Bevo. (as much as I think he's improved this year)

I think B2 is wasted on him. You cant stop him getting the ball of he plays off the wing, all you can do is make him work for it, and corral him to limit his impact. Ted is the man to run with him to do just that.

B2 in the backline will make us more stable, Richo will drag him in and out all day if that is his match up.
