Nice piece of irony there cobber. Or was it sarcasm? Go easy on the Bevo knockers most of them are on the Bevo bandwagon. Hilarious use of the inane non-sequitor!

His goal was good, but most of his other disposals were pretty ordinary yesterday.

I'm with you on Bolton - though it was hard to pick anyone who had a poor game. There was no opposition, after all.
True the opposition was poor.I just thought he was very soft and shy's away from tackles.

He was soft but may be it was my sore head that affected my judgment.(big saturday night)
Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...

            Poor tiggers.

The bloke who sits next to me (a swans member tiggers fan) has spent the first half of the season O/S ... he flew in from Vancouver yesterday morning and went straight to his seat. At half time the jet lag was beginning to set in. He wanted me to wake him up when it was all over.

I couldn't do it ... I just had to keep him awake to watch the whole game.

            Poor bugger.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

It would have taken a VERY ordinary disposal to have missed that goal (although he found a VERY ordinary disposal earlier in the game to miss a not much harder shot).
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I love the trendy spelling Cindy in the title.

                  Yep - 50% disposal efficiency!

The way the boys are going, looks like Hally might have to spend a few weeks in the reserves. He might not be able to break back into this team.

I reckon he'll come straight back in but who for? Are we grooming Playfair as his replacement as the marking forward? That would seem to be a massive step up but Roos may want to give him as much game time as possible if that's the goal.

On Bevo - did I see a Mal-style low, flat, kick to a lead just inside our 50?

Was absolute class, which is why I might be horrifically mistaken.

He's definitely capable of doing that.
He's also equally capable of grubbing it along the ground...

I have always said if they must play Bevo it should be up forward. Thats 2 weeks in row he has run onto the footy within 20 metres of goal. If he does that a couple of times a game and converts then I have no issue with him playing.

Like Buchanan who now only have 1 thing to think about, if Bevo can run onto the footy and play as a defensive forward then well and good. Less chance of stuffing up and turning the ball over.

Am I seeing things but has he picked up a yard in pace?
