IS it possible to watch the game on the internet ?

    Hi team,

I am off to the in-laws for the long weekend and they do not have Foxtel.... doh ! Therefore I cant watch the game unless I head to the pub on my own, is there any way to wacth the Swannies v Eagles on the web ?

On another note I am also keen to watch the Scoceros game later that night @ 2am and trying to find a site I can watch that.

    Any help is appreciated.....

Do yourself a massive favour and go to the pub - hopefully there'll be other fans watching it and even more hopefully, they'll stay open for the 2am game!!
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

If your in-laws live in Melbourne like you, it's on 10, which was a pleasant surprise when I saw it. If you're in Sydney or otherwise interstate, the pub's the go.

According to the AFL site it's Fox only in Melbourne

Sydney's getting the game live on FTA - we always do; whether we're away or at home.

                Yep. They've changed it again.
A couple of days ago the AFL site and all the TV guides had the Swans vs WC game listed for 10--now they don't.

They've done this to me at least twice this year--the first time I didn't notice the change until I sat down to watch the game.

Is it the new TV contract? Can stations decide mid-week, rather than 6 weeks in advance? Or are all the guides just stuffing up/guessing?

You all should have just checked the RWO broadcast guide - it has said FOX since before round 1

I did - then I checked this week's Age green guide, which says 10.

It is wrong, as is the HS guide.
                        Got my hopes up to.

Where is the RWO broadcast guide located?
If the siren sounds in Tasmania, and the umpires don't hear it, does it make a sound?
