Absolutely. Looks well composed under pressure and far more consistent this year. Roosy's Love Child is growing up, not making supporters throw up.

There hasnt been a bad word spoken about Bevan for weeks now. May it continue to be so for many seasons to come. It's great to see players like him and McVeigh finally reach the potential that the coaching staff had the confidence to believe they would find.

The thing I most enjoyed about Bevo's game last night was the way he went off when he had the ball and was in the clear after the Swans got a free but the umpies insisted on bringing it back rather than allowing advantage. I don't think I've ever seen him go off like that (in his own mild way) - surely another sign of a player getting confident in his place in the team.

Absolutely Liz. Our little boy is growing up. Its very satisfying to see and one day the commentators will call him "under-rated" and "snuck under the radar" and we will know better.
