    Cloke Reported

Offered 1 week with an early guilty plea.

Pies considering fighting it, but risk 2 weeks if found guilty.

The young Magpie will be forced to miss the crucial clash at Telstra Dome unless he successfully challenges a one-game penalty from a video striking charge.

Cloke's forearm to Carlton defender Michael Jamison's head in the opening quarter at the MCG on Sunday activated the 93.75 points hanging over him from making contact to the face of Melbourne's Matthew Warnock during the Queen's Birthday blockbuster.

Collingwood will decide this morning whether it's worth risking a two-match suspension for Cloke at the AFL tribunal tonight.

His contact as Jamison handballed away was assessed as reckless conduct with low impact, drawing 125 points and a one-game penalty.

But the carry-over points from the Queen's Birthday charge increased the tally to 218.75 and an extra match sanction.

An admission of guilt today would leave Cloke to serve one game and carry 64.06 demerit points until after the corresponding round next season.
Big risk to fight it considering their lack of tall fwds ATM.

Might help us if they did but.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Hope for them to contest it? Not happening - announced he would cop the ban and miss this week.

        I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

According to radio commentators on Sunday he was playing so well that he needed a couple of weeks in the reserves, so him playing against us shouldn't be a worry.
