In 1996, we managed 8 in a row, rd 9-16.

Also in 1987, 8 in a row, rd 11-18.

Rd 1-6, 1986, 6 in a row.

Rd 13-19, 1982, 7 in a row.

1936 - 8 in a row and 6 in a row, rd 1-8, rd 13-18.

So the last 2 times we did it,we played off in the GF those years(but sadly lost both)and the 2 times before that we finished in top 4 also.
Don't know if there is anything in that at all?

1932 - finished 4th after H&A, lost final to Collingwood
1933 - won premiership on back of streak, defeating Richmond in GF
1934 - lost GF to Richmond
1935 - lost GF to Collingwood after Pratt was hit by a truck

We haven't won 6 in a row yet, I know we probably will but I'm always wary of an apparently easy opposition.
