Ah, now I know who Annie is.Was mistakenly sitting behind her when that "security" guard plonked herself in front. I was in wrong bay, but enjoyed the moment. So I ended up further around in the sun between two couples who were good footy company and behind a dh who used an airhorn to put Melbourne players off their kick.
I will swear, boo, hiss, instruct them on their forefathers origins, but.....an airhorn! Am I the only one who thinks this is one step too far? Even dropkick Collingwood fans don't do this. And I have witnessed one launch herself from the cheer squad kicking and flaying her fists into the next bay at the MCG!
Was the Swans Cheer Squad at the game?
There were three of us in the car, two sick, one now on alert for the next couple of days guzzling Vit C and Garlic. Lovely day for a drive. If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhoodComment

You should have said hello. I went and dobbed to the manager of the ground. The funny bit was that her supervisor, two minutes before I went to dob, told me there was nothing he could do, she had to stay where she was. Five minutes later he was back telling her to move. Bugger that ... I didn't pay 40 bucks for some security woman to obscure my view!!
Ah... the power of the people.
It was a tops day ... really warm until the sun went behind the clouds. By the end of the game I had re-layered AND had gotten out the blankie.

She had her soft-toy coaches box all set up and sang the club song in full at the end of the day.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

I was there, couldn't find Annie etc, was looking in wrong place...but we had a FANTASTIC time...we were second row from fence in the bottom of the Bradman stand...... Between the players race and the bench! Unfortunately we missed a lot of the match because we were so enthralled with the interchanges!!!! Was hilarious how Roos could yell his instructions to the players on the field....."Kizza get on the wing"; "Noggy get off" etc etc... This excitement was only added to when we discovered the windows (in the bottom of the stand) showing our players resting/cooling down etc at halftime.Comment

As for the glass windowed training room ... I barrelled a whole lot of kids out of the way - they had perved long enough. It was my turn!!Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

We're still in cnaberra, I can't find my way out.
nah seriously we had a good day with Annie and Al. It was a win, but not the greatest win we have ever had.
It was funny seeing Kirky try not to laugh after I asked him about giving Leo some kicking tips (After Leo had just put it out on the full in front of us).
BTW Jude was obviously pumped for his 200th, played a pretty good game.Does God believe in Atheists?Comment
