    This could explain a bit about Roosy's coaching philosophy.

    It seems that Paul Roos coaches one of his sons football teams. Maybe that is why he coaches the Swans the way he does at times.

    Seriously though, it is good to see a senior AFL coach involved with junior footy.

    With a team containing Langford and Roos no wonder they are undefeated. Hopefully this is the future of NSW (and Sydney Swans) football, as long as Langford does send this son to the Hawks

      He's been involved coaching and umpiring his kids for quote a while, there have been many articles about it, over the years.

        That will be the kids decision, but with the NSW rookie system in place he is very likely to be listed by a club at 14 who will have fist dibs on him.
