    Agree there Scott,when i only did my medial ligament i was out of match action for 13 weeks but was then eased back into the side for the last 4 weeks of the season.

    I started training after 9 weeks with running in a straight line only then after 2 weeks tried side ways movement but only with a knee brace on.I continued playing in a knee brace for the rest of the season and continued wearing it up untill christmas.

    When i played my first game back i was very nervous and i only played about 30 minutes
    Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...
