Could Hally do a Richo?

Given that Hally seems to get very frustrated with 1 on 2&3 defenders why not when he comes back play him on the wing in a hit up leading role playing a linking role out of defence like Richo is doing for the Tigers.

It will let him run around without the heavy defensive tag and free him to roam around. He could also do a bit of back up ruck work. He could then drift forward in short bursts as a bit of variety.

It seems he already does that, he only seems to take a mark consistently on the wings.

Totally agree, he has the skills and running strength. It would seem to solve many issues at once. 1) He would loose the defensive tag ( as you said). 2) Wouldn't get double teamed. 3) Would rid us of the one dimensional forward attacks always going to an outnumbered Hall (we saw how effective our forward line can be without Hall recently). 4) could be menacing around the stoppages and, as you said, help out with ruckwork.

Haha, he does give them an greasy now and then, but Richo's are legendary.

Shaw reckons Hall is a one trick pony - AFL TEAMS, WHICH IS A PRETTY UNFAIR ASESSMENT, but he so often strugles to get a kick at CHF, its worth a try.
