    Roos' miserly midfield mission

    Roos' miserly midfield mission

SWANS coach Paul Roos says his players will try to stifle the Hawks' midfield to nullify the double threat of Hawthorn's power forwards Lance Franklin and Jarryd Roughead on Sunday.

Sounds like an exciting game coming up.

You are, but you also assume emotion into posts.

I'll take the win this week thanks, save the attractive footy for Carlton next week.

It'll be good to see how we go against Clarksons Cluster.... I think we'll have it. We generally play well against the Hawks, and now we don't have bumbling Barry.... we'll be sweet!

this "generally play pretty well against" thing is a load of crap. We've got a @@@@ team who can only beat up on @@@@ter teams like Freo and Carlton. In saying that, it wouldn't surprise me if we lost to them too in the next few weeks.

We'll still be too good for Freo, their ill-disclipined footy will help them snatch Naitanui or Rich come the national draft.

The midfield of Hawthorn were able to read the taps of Spida way too easily and he hasn't played for them for two seasons. When is our midfield going to wake up to reading our ruckmens taps?

When we get people who can read them like Moore, Bird and Bevan (best from of his career). Luke Ablett is not a midfield clearance player's bootlace and ditto Bolton. They have brought Bolton back to the centre bounce the last 3 weeks, why? Get some fresh minds in there.
